Industrial acid casein
The product
Casein is a milk protein obtained from cow’s milk. Controlled acidification of skimmed milk causes casein to precipitate. In a subsequent process, the casein is washed, dried, and ground. Its versatile properties offer advantages for numerous areas of application. In the technical industry, casein is used to manufacture glues, paints and varnishes. It is also used in construction chemicals. Casein is a renewable raw material and biodegradable, making it environmentally friendly.
Customized casein processing – exactly according to customer requirements
In our mill, we process the raw materials delivered to us according to our customers‘ specifications. Grinding is carried out according to customer requirements in various finenesses – 30, 60, 90, or 110 mesh – with precision and consistent quality.
We can also mix different batches or consignments of goods. Whether partial quantities or entire batches – we flexibly adapt to our customers‘ needs. Production is as individual as the requirements our customers place on their casein products.
After processing, the goods are packed in 25 kg bags or big bags and delivered to the desired location. This is how we guarantee the highest quality – from raw material to delivery.
